Refund policy
Due to the nature of Print-on-Demand, all our products are custom-made for you once an order is placed. We do not hold inventory, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for certain reasons.
1. Accepted Reasons for Return/Refund (Covered by Us)
We only offer returns or replacements if your order meets one of the following criteria:
- Damaged Product: The product arrived broken or clearly damaged.
- Manufacturing Error: There is a print error, poor quality material, or a defect in the product itself.
- Wrong Item Sent: You received the wrong size, color, or model from what you ordered.
If your order falls under any of the above categories, please contact us within [14] days of delivery at support@stellar-store.com and provide the following:
- Your Order Number.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Clear photo evidence showing the defect or damage. (This is required for our Print Provider to process a replacement/refund).
2. Non-Accepted Reasons for Return/Refund (Buyer’s Responsibility)
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons, as the items are custom-made:
- Buyer’s Remorse: You simply changed your mind.
- Incorrect Size Ordered: We highly recommend checking our size charts before purchase.
- Incorrect Address: Orders shipped to an address that was incorrectly provided by the customer.
- Color Discrepancy: The color looks slightly different than what appeared on your screen (due to monitor/screen color settings).
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final.
3. Exchanges (For Sizing)
We generally do not accept exchanges due to incorrect sizing. Please refer to the size charts on the product page. However, if the garment received has a physical size measurement that is more than [1 inch / 2.5 cm] different from the size chart, please contact us for a review.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Once your return/replacement request is approved based on the criteria above, we will notify you.
- Replacement: For manufacturing defects, we typically arrange for a free replacement to be shipped directly to you.

Refund: If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5-10]business days.
