6. Ordering & Fulfillment

Once an order is placed:

  • Orders begin production within 24–48 hours and cannot be canceled after production begins.
  • Print-on-demand items are made to order, so variations in color, print placement, or material may occur.
  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carriers, location, or unforeseen delays.

Paw Prints is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

7. Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be completed at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Bank or payment processor errors
  • Additional charges such as customs, import duties, or taxes

8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because our products are custom-made:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or printed incorrectly.
  • Claims for damaged, misprinted, or defective products must be submitted within 7 days of receipt along with photos.
  • Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

We are not responsible for:

  • Customer-provided incorrect sizes, shipping addresses, or designs
  • Buyer’s remorse

9. Shipping & Delivery Issues

Once an item is shipped:

  • Risk transfers to the customer
  • Lost or stolen packages must be reported to the shipping carrier
  • We may assist but are not obligated to replace such orders unless it was our fulfillment error
